ABOUT US

We are a team of Cornell students passionate about intersecting the worlds of sustainability, business, and community development. Through BIT Cornell, we assist local businesses in assessing their social and environmental impact through the structure of the B Impact Assessment from the non-profit organization B Lab. BIT Cornell will provide businesses with consulting recommendations to improve their impact, reach sustainability goals, and become or re-certify as a Certified B Corporation.

 

There are currently over 4000 Certified B Corps spanning large corporations like Patagonia, Ben & Jerry's, Seventh Generation as well as local NYS B Corps like Sea to Table and Cornucopia Natural Foods.
